Flooding issues in Eccleshall - Meeting March 13th, 2017 Eccleshall Community Centre 6.30pm.

A way forward for flooding in Eccleshall

The National Flood Forum have found that working with a local Flood Action Group on behalf of the wider community in finding ways to reduce flood risk is a very effective way to bring about local change.

The Eccleshall Flood Action Group is being supported by the National Flood Forum using a well-tested process that involves partnerships between grassroots communities and the agencies and authorities that manage flood risk.

With this in mind, we are inviting all interested and concerned residents and businesses to come together to become involved in the Eccleshall Flood Action Group to further your worries and concerns and work in partnership to reduce the flood risks in Eccleshall.

We will be holding a meeting on Monday 13th March at 6:30pm in the Jubilee Room at the Community Centre. We welcome interested and concerned residents and businesses throughout all areas of Eccleshall, or anyone who wants to find out more to come along to the meeting.

If you can’t make the date but you’re interested, or if you’d like to discuss anything further, please contact me on my email or phone below.

I look forward to meeting you on 13th March.

With kind regards,

Thomasin
